Tuning & Service Info

Every piano tuner/technician offers service in their own way, and I try to make mine simple:

I have a single fee for an appointment of up to 2 hours, and includes whatever your piano needs most.  This usually means a pitch-raise, a fine-tune, and a few minor adjustments.

Note: many tuners charge an extra fee for a pitch raise, often $50-$100.  I don’t charge for pitch raises or travel, though I do try to book same-day clients closer together.

This also gives me the opportunity to evaluate your piano; to inform you of its condition and what work you might consider for it in the future.

If you are seeking restoration, repair, tone-shaping, or other maintenance, please let me know as I provide both in-home and workshop services.
